Global Warming Hut - Grassroots Solutions for Rising Tides

Global Warming Hut is a design showroom proposing solutions for a 'Life After Water' or offers imaginings of 'altitude adjustments' of various types.
Will we struggle to simply survive, to maintain our way of life as we now know it, or adapt and prosper to the new environment? Do we know the difference between our wants and needs? Should NASCAR continue, and how? Can we actualize compressed-gas-decomposed-matter into fuel cells for our beloved fan-boats? And how will we power up all of our new co-op 'Bouyant Body' Implant and Webbing Clinics anyway? What will we do!?
This online presence invites you to propose drawings / models / renderings of your own solutions or simply add ideas to the HUT database. Forums and other web-gizmos to be incorporated soon, although I do generally prefer to talk, swap ideas and such without this computer. Although now that I think of it, this thing would make a great value-added anchor for my own floating-sink-garden when the time arises! Apple-Anchors on the horizon!!
The Lisa Dent / San Francisco installation will explore some possible futures and potential problems to tackle in this hilly city by the bay, including the depiction of Coit Tower as a lighthouse and also ideas for the location of the San Fran Jet Ski Casual Carpool docks. Additionally, there will be on display many other designs, concepts and prototypes, including numerous contributions generated from discussions and collaborations during public outreach events.

Ask yourself, 'Why fear the impending rising waters? Why wait for FEMA, Corporate America, Global Capital, the US Goverment, or any other 'powers-that-be' to take actions into their own hands?' Aren't they all too busy staking claims and planting flags on NEW EARTH anyway? Then come on down, talk things out, and help design the future!
